New Look
I haven’t written on my site for some time now. I’ve made some updates. I hope you take a few minutes to navigate through the pages. I’ve added a much-needed Statement of Faith under the Welcome tab, a new color scheme, and some cheerful pictures to remind us of warm summer days, sunshine, and sweet tea. (BTW: I would appreciate so much you leaving a comment expressing your satisfaction with, and any suggestions for my site.)
New Connections
I’ve joined a new fellowship of believers in a local Nazarene church. I’m making connections and learning a lot about relationships and holiness. I’m thankful to be a part of such an outward-focused ministry.
In September, I have the joy of starting a new small group study, The Write Connection, where we will be learning and practicing prayer, meditation, and journaling. I’m looking forward to growing along side others who want to hear from God.
New Article
I’ve published a new article on CBN. Sometimes we think missionary work occurs overseas in some exotic foreign land. The truth is our missionary work begins right where God has planted us. I humbly ask you to take a couple of minutes and read through Sow the Seeds Where You Are. I hope this article encourages you to accept your mission field and labor for Jesus while it’s day, the night is coming …
How about you? What have you been up to this summer? What are your plans for the fall? Please let me know by commenting below. I’d love to hear from you.
